The garage door track came loose due to a wobbly screw, and some of the door’s rollers on that side slid free.
There are easy workarounds to putting a garage door back on track, but most of them are very bad for your hardware in the long run. The only good solution is to do as we did for Mr. Azizza. Disconnect the opener and cables, lift the door off the tracks entirely, and then repair the cause of the problem. In this case, we tightened the screws back in, using a leveler to make sure the tracks stayed perfectly aligned. After that, we reinstalled the garage door from the top and reconnected everything for testing.
